A bespoke AI marketing platform built for an enterprise client managing multiple brands across distinct business units. The client needed to give every marketing team the speed of generative AI without losing central control of voice, positioning, or brand standards. Ten8.City designed and built the full platform to their spec: structured brand briefs as the governance layer for each BU, a library of AI skills that run against those briefs to produce on-brand outputs, and a shared feed that surfaces the tactics working across the organisation. Delivered as a working platform, ready to deploy across the client's marketing organisation.

AI-powered intel feed that surfaces crypto-crime bounty cases the moment they're announced.
Bounty Hunter is a private intelligence tool built for an investigation client working in crypto-crime recovery. It watches X for the moment a hack, theft, or fraud is announced with a bounty attached and pings the client's Slack with a structured case summary before the news has reached the wider market. AI does the work that used to take an analyst all morning: read everything, throw out the noise, group what's left into actual cases, and tell you which ones are worth chasing. Every hour, every day, while the team is doing other work.

Hey Otis is a private digital companion designed to help individuals navigate the emotional turbulence of relationships. Unlike traditional therapy or mediation, Hey Otis provides a solo, AI-facilitated space for users to process their feelings in the heat of the moment and gives them the tools to communicate what their core need is in a way their partner can hear.

A free naturalization timeline predictor for the Netherlands, built because no one else had.
PassportTracker.nl is a free public tool for anyone going through the Dutch naturalization process. Enter your gemeente and your current stage intake, document submission, IND review, Royal Decree, ceremony and the tool returns optimistic, likely, and pessimistic timelines drawn from real cases other applicants have shared. The more people use it and update their progress, the better the predictions get for everyone behind them. Built and operated by Ten8.City, free to use, and one of the things we make because we live here too.

A founder's behavioural conviction, built into a shipped consumer product.
SOSE, Sum Of Small Efforts, is a habit tracking app built for a founder client and shipped to the Google Play Store as a live freemium product. The founder came to Ten8.City with a clear behavioural conviction: most habit apps fail because they punish life. A missed gym day breaks the streak, the streak was the point, and the user quits within weeks. The job was to translate that conviction into a real product designed, built, billing-enabled, store-listed, in users' hands. Ten8.City delivered the full venture and handed over the keys.
